File storage policies 2026:

1. Deliverables will be kept on Dropbox for 1 year after final deliverable is approved. This service is intended only for downloading and should not be shared with others as a streaming link.

2. Project data will be moved to offline backup storage, two weeks after final project deliverables are received by client. Revisions requested after this point will incur an unarchiving fee.

3. Raw data will be kept in offline storage for no longer than 1 year.
